Repurpose drafts now follow clearer titles and learned lengths

Product Update

Letterflow now gives newsletter runs a cleaner title step and keeps learned voice updates aligned with the drafts you generate.

  • Add or edit a title before pasting content, or leave it blank and Letterflow will infer one from the issue.
  • LinkedIn and X drafts now use clearer short, medium, and long length bands, with cleaner retries when a generated post misses the selected band.
  • Recent Voice Updates now shape generation from the visible active updates, so learned changes match what you can review and undo from Voice Profile.
  • MiniMax now gets the same response window as the fallback providers, giving longer platform batches more time before Letterflow switches providers.

Try a newsletter-to-LinkedIn draft before signing up

Product Update

Newsletter writers can now preview how Letterflow turns a finished issue into an editable LinkedIn post before creating an account.

  • Paste a newsletter sample and get one review-ready LinkedIn draft from the public generator page.
  • The preview keeps the workflow focused on your finished issue, your point of view, and editable draft quality rather than autopilot posting.
  • New comparison, source-workflow, and guide pages show concrete before-and-after examples for turning newsletters into useful social promotion.
  • Related product pages are easier to discover from blog articles, so readers can move from advice into the matching Letterflow workflow.

Link previews are clearer before and after scheduling

Product Update

Posts with pasted links now show preview cards in Letterflow, and scheduled LinkedIn posts can publish with the same link details when available.

  • History and Queue now show a preview card for posts that include a public link.
  • Publish and schedule previews show the linked page details before the post goes live.
  • LinkedIn posts scheduled from Letterflow now keep the full post text while attaching the linked article when share details are available.
  • Posts still publish as plain text when a linked page does not provide usable preview details.

Default Posting Slots make scheduling repeatable

Product Update

You can now save the times you like to post on LinkedIn and X, then reuse them when scheduling one post or a full batch.

  • Set weekly default posting times for LinkedIn and X from Settings, with flexible slots for each day.
  • Bulk scheduling can now fill posts into your saved default times and show the assigned schedule before you confirm.
  • Single-post scheduling now opens with the next useful default slot and shows quick-pick options for that day.
  • The Publishing Queue calendar now shows open default slots, so you can schedule a draft directly into an available opening.

Voice Profile now shows how closely Letterflow matches your voice

Product Update

Letterflow now turns the way you review generated posts into a visible voice match score, plus shareable proof of how your writing voice is developing.

  • Voice Profile now shows a voice match score once enough repurpose sessions have been reviewed, with a quieter calibrating state before then.
  • Letterflow now learns from normal review actions like edits, regenerations, copies, publishing, and scheduling instead of asking you to rate every output.
  • Recent voice updates, learning controls, and reset options now live inside the Voice Profile page so you can see and manage what Letterflow has learned.
  • Recent Voice Updates now show exact edit counts, affected platforms, and undo-safe passive learning changes so you can see why Letterflow changed your voice profile.
  • You can now take a blind test from Voice Profile to compare your own writing with copied Letterflow drafts.
  • Share Voice Report creates a public report page and downloadable social image, with a confirmation step before publishing the report to LinkedIn.

Generation Preferences give you more control over every run

Product Update

You can now save custom instructions for how Letterflow should approach your content, then add one-time guidance before a specific repurpose run.

  • Save custom instructions that apply to every generation, so recurring preferences do not need to be repeated each time.
  • Add platform-specific instructions for LinkedIn, X, email subject lines, and pull quotes when one channel needs different handling.
  • Use the Repurpose screen to add one-time instructions for the current newsletter without changing your saved defaults.
  • Letterflow now checks explicit saved and one-time instructions during generation so drafts are repaired before they reach your results page.
  • Profile and Generation Preferences now live on their own workspace pages, so account setup and generation control are easier to find.

Scheduled posts now warn you when a connected account needs attention

Product Update

Letterflow now emails you right away when a scheduled X or LinkedIn post is blocked, then keeps the post moving to the next available slot while you reconnect.

  • If a scheduled X or LinkedIn post cannot go out because the connected account needs to be reconnected, you now get an email instead of discovering the failure later.
  • Blocked scheduled posts now move to your next available LinkedIn or X slot instead of dropping out of the queue.
  • Letterflow now checks connected account access before scheduling or live publishing, so revoked LinkedIn/X access points you back to reconnect instead of cycling through retries.
  • The email now uses clearer 'didn't go out' language, points you straight to Integrations, and reassures you that the saved post is still there.
  • X connections are now less likely to fall back into manual reconnect when a background refresh overlaps, so a healthy refreshed connection stays usable instead of getting knocked back out.
  • This helps scheduled posts fail more visibly when account access changes underneath an otherwise healthy queue.

Your publishing queue and performance view are easier to manage

Product Update

Letterflow now gives you a clearer way to schedule content, review upcoming posts, and see what is performing best across your workflow.

  • Schedule one post or a whole batch with the new calendar and time picker, then manage upcoming posts from the dedicated Publishing Queue.
  • History now makes it easier to see which posts are drafts, scheduled, published, or need attention, with retry and reschedule actions when something fails.
  • Saved LinkedIn and X drafts now keep readable paragraph spacing in History, so they are easier to scan, edit, and copy without reformatting by hand.
  • Editing saved posts now opens in a focused modal, so you can revise copy without the card shifting around underneath you.
  • Edited saved posts now carry an Edited label in History and Publishing Queue, so you can quickly spot which drafts have been revised.
  • Published posts now show performance metrics in History, and Dashboard highlights top-performing posts with direct links back to the live LinkedIn or X post when a link is available.
  • Dashboard and History now show which LinkedIn and X posts are scheduled or still unscheduled.
  • History can now filter LinkedIn and X posts by scheduled or unscheduled status, so you can focus on posts that still need a publishing time.

Voice profile training samples are easier to review

Product Update

You can now see the actual LinkedIn posts, X posts, and newsletters saved with your voice profile instead of guessing from counts alone.

  • Training Data now opens into saved sample groups so you can check what is shaping your voice profile.
  • LinkedIn posts, X posts, and newsletters are grouped separately, which makes it easier to review or sanity-check your training set.
  • Each group stays collapsed by default so the page still feels easy to scan.
  • Retraining your voice profile now uses a simpler back-first flow, so it is easier to move between sample editing screens without extra step framing.
  • Voice training now moves through LinkedIn posts, X posts, and optional newsletters in separate steps, and you can skip newsletters when you want to go straight into voice analysis.

  • Import past LinkedIn posts, X posts, and newsletters so you can train your voice profile faster and spend less time rebuilding your style by hand.
